KiriGrow-fertilizers

The new fertilization system specially developed for Kiri (Paulownia) trees.

The Kiri tree, one of the fastest growing plants in the world, needs a fast and precisely tuned nutrient supply to realize its full growth potential. In collaboration with a leading European fertilizer manufacturer, WeGrow has designed a unique fertilizer system for the commercial production of Kiri wood. The system consists of fertilizers with high nitrogen or potassium content, increased magnesium content and essential micronutrients. With seasonal adjustments, the system provides the optimum nutritional balance throughout the growth cycle.

Protection cuffs for an optimal start

After planting and in the first two years, young kiritrees need care, which greatly affects quality and yield. We have developed tree protection cuffs to simplify maintenance and allow young trees to grow optimally. The cuffs keep the trunk free of unwanted vegetation, improve water management and create a growth-promoting microclimate. They also protect against feeding damage by hares and rabbits.

  • Protect young kiritrees from rabbit and hare damage
  • Reduce maintenance effort
  • Have a positive effect on water balance and humidity
  • UV-resistant
  • Protection against sudden drops in temperature
  • Reusable
